The Hope Center is seeking a compassionate, committed Christian to step into a meaningful leadership role as Director of Client Services. This person will provide compassionate and grace-filled support to help women successfully navigate the stressors of unintended pregnancy.

The ideal candidate has education and/or experience ministering to women in crisis through counseling, social work, public health, human services, or a related field. This position provides direct client care by serving as Client Advocate throughout each appointment, working in tandem with a nurse to assist clients in the decision-making process, identify their unique strengths and needs, and connect them with essential resources. 

In addition to direct client care, this person will oversee all non-medical client services and in-house programs, implement operational policies and procedures, analyze and report on client data, and routinely assess and develop new programs as needed. Potential candidates will also maintain positive working relationships with community agencies, churches, and businesses and represent the organization at necessary events and meetings when needed.
