Part of our strategy to impact lostness by serving local churches is to maximize the gifts and talents of pastors, staff, and church members.

We believe that it is God's plan to reveal himself to the world through the local church (Ephesians 3:10). Each church is uniquely made of people with special gifts and talents. Our desire is to help churches maximize those gifts and abilities by encouraging and training leaders.
